Every problem we face is a problem with thinking. As human beings, our minds are constantly judging and creating. Sometimes we create more drama, instead of creating solutions. It is not what happens to our lives, but how we react to it. What we make depends on our choice.
When we are pulled into our past, we feel depression. When we are pulled into our future that is when we feel anxiety. But when we think of our “RIGHT NOW”, we are good. We all do not know whether we are right exactly where we should be, or we are not. Because the reality is it is all in our thoughts. And the problem with our thinking is that we are quick to believe in them.
