Dugoni School of Dentistry and earned his post-doctoral master’s degree and certificate in orthodontics from the University of Colorado. He is a Board Certified in Orthodontist practicing in Norfolk, VA and for his achievements in private practice has earned fellowships from the World Congress of Minimally Invasive Dentistry and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. Dr. Frey has held a faculty position at the University of the Pacific teaching dental esthetics and occlusion, and has developed the Soft Tissue Orthodontics Curriculum for Henry Schein. Dr. Frey has authored numerous publications, is a reviewer for the Journal of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology, the Angle Orthodontist, founder of theorthocosmos.com, and is an international authority on esthetic and digital orthodontics speaking for Henry Schein Orthodontics and Invisalign.
